The BIS Innovation Summit 2023: Technological Innovation in an age of uncertainty will take place on 21-22 March.
The summit brings together global policymakers, senior executives from the financial and technology industries, and academics to discuss how technological innovation could help central banks and financial markets to navigate uncertain times and, at the same time, disrupt the landscape in which central banks and financial intermediaries operate.
Guest speakers will include Christine Lagarde, President, European Central Bank; François Villeroy de Galhau, Governor, Banque de France; Ravi Menon, Managing Director, Monetary Authority of Singapore; Chang Yong Rhee, Governor, Bank of Korea and Changchun Mu, Director, Digital Currency Institute, among many others (full agenda on the website, still subject to change).
